Refund Policy

Moreno Landscaping works to provide clear communication and quality service for every project. Because landscaping services involve labor, scheduling, and materials, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Deposits may be refundable if a cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service.

 

If materials have already been purchased or work has already started, the deposit may be partially or non-refundable.

Custom materials, plants, turf, pavers, concrete, gravel, mulch, and other purchased project materials are non-refundable once ordered or delivered.

Refunds are not available for completed services. However, if a customer has a concern about the completed work, they should contact us within 3 days of service completion so we can review the issue and make reasonable corrections when appropriate.

This policy helps protect both the customer and Moreno Landscaping by keeping expectations clear before work begins.
